I am...🥸
Curious
I am always ready to discover new disciplines and fields of knowledge.
Every subject can be interesting if its story is well organised and accurately communicated!
Empathetic
I consider this one of my strongest features.
In order to work with others, I learned to listen carefully to their motivations and fears: I always try to adopt their point of view to fully understand them.
Detail-oriented
Perfection requires application.
I am a careful observer, always pondering multiple scenarios while evaluating alternatives.
Knowing the complete list of risks and benefits is one of my top priorities when starting a new task.
Proactive and Autonomous
It is quite common to meet the "hard assignment" for which you feel unprepared. In my experiences, I try my best to push the limits of my comfort zone, to face every challenge and learn the most from it.
I always try to "walk the extra mile" to make future tasks easier for my team.
Teamworker
Working in Marketing and Communications is always a team effort. I have been lucky to meet different people and establish equal relationships while working toward a common goal.
I am not afraid of groups with diverse languages and backgrounds: I always try my best to be up-to-date and participative in everyone's agenda.

Why❓
So, why Marketing and Communications after an education in Psychology?
During my bachelor's years, I had the opportunity to attend a marketing course that inspired me to adapt my path to this sector.
How? Well, by considering that the recipient of every action of communication is a human person: with their personality, motivations, needs, objectives, fears and interests.
All these elements played an integral part in my education and I wanted to apply them in a job: my aim is to bring my understanding of situations and people to projects involving Marketing and Communications.
I consider myself a white paper: I am still finding my way towards various sectors and different positions. I am sure my definition will happen in a practical way: I have always been a great learner by having different experiences and crossing various boundaries.
That is why I am willing to take up new challenges: to learn more about myself and contribute to projects I believe in.
